Public Offer
Subscription services agreement for Clipline.

1. General provisions
This document is an official offer by ИП Кулагин Алексей Иванович, ИНН 503207231772, ОГРНИП 325774600837477 (the “Provider”) to enter into a services agreement on these Public Offer terms (the “Offer”) with any legally capable person (the “Customer”) who accepts the Offer.

Acceptance is payment of a subscription through the Service and/or clicking through to payment after confirming agreement with the Offer.
2. Subject
The Provider grants the Customer access to paid features of the Clipline SaaS platform (paid plans including Start, Pro, Academy, and others) for the paid period, and the Customer pays according to the selected plan.
Features, limits, and indicative prices are listed on the Pricing page and in the account. The price of a specific order is set at payment time in billing.
3. Price and payment
Payment is made by bank transfer via SBP (Tochka bank) or a manual SBP transfer to details shown in billing. The Provider does not store full card details.
The subscription may auto-renew for the next billing period unless the Customer disables auto-renewal and if that option is available for the selected plan and payment flow.
Payment is considered made when the payment service confirms a successful transaction.
4. Service delivery
The service is provided electronically by granting access to Service features immediately after successful payment (or within a reasonable technical time).
The Customer is responsible for having equipment, software, and internet access.
5. Consumer rights
If the Customer is a consumer under the Russian Consumer Protection Law, its mandatory rules apply.
The Customer may withdraw from the contract in cases and under procedures set by Russian law, including before the service starts or in case of material breaches by the Provider.
For digital content and services fully provided with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires, the specifics of Russian law apply.

6. Refunds and cancellation
The Customer may cancel auto-renewal in the account or by emailing the Provider. Access to paid features remains until the end of the paid period unless billing settings provide otherwise.
Refunds are reviewed case by case, considering services actually provided and Russian law.
7. Liability
The parties are liable under Russian law and this Offer.
The Provider is not liable if the Service cannot be used for reasons beyond its control (provider outages, third-party actions, force majeure).
8. Disputes
Claims should be sent to hello@clipline.ru. Response time is up to 10 business days unless another period is set by law.
Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and if unresolved — in court at the Provider’s location, subject to the consumer’s right to choose venue.
9. Final provisions
The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply.
