Terms of Use
Terms of use of Clipline.
This English text is a convenience translation. The legally binding version is the Russian document.
1. General provisions
These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between ИП Кулагин Алексей Иванович, ИНН 503207231772, ОГРНИП 325774600837477 (the “Administration”) and the user of Clipline (the “Service”).

By registering, you accept this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
2. Subject
The Administration provides access to an online platform for uploading, annotating, storing, and sharing sports video, plus features available under the selected plan.
3. Registration and account
Use of the Service requires registration with accurate data. The user is responsible for account credentials.
On registration the user chooses a role (coach or athlete) that defines available features. One user — one account, unless the Academy plan provides otherwise.
The Administration may restrict or block access for violations of this Agreement, Russian law, or threats to Service security.
4. User content
The user retains rights to uploaded content and grants the Administration a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, technically process, and display content solely to provide the Service.
The user warrants they have rights to the materials and do not infringe third-party rights, including image rights and personal data of people shown in the video.

- uploading materials without required consents of depicted persons is prohibited;
- using the Service for malware, spam, or fraud is prohibited.
6. Minors
If uploaded materials include minors, the user must have consent of their legal representatives for filming, processing, and transfer in the Service, and must observe public-sharing limits.
7. Plans and payment
Some features are free (Free plan). Paid plans (Start, Pro, Academy, and others) are governed by the Public Offer.
Current limits and prices are shown on the site and in the account. The Administration may change plans with notice to users.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in case of force majeure, provider outages, or third-party actions.
The Administration is not liable for user content or for user actions when sharing content.
9. Termination
The user may stop using the Service and request account deletion in profile settings or by email.
The Administration may terminate access for Agreement violations, with prior notice where possible.
10. Changes
The Administration may change this Agreement. The new version takes effect on publication at /terms unless otherwise stated. Updated: 2026-08-05.
